Should it stay or go?

About the biggest decsion I am going to have to make during my week off is whether or not I should shave my beard off. I stopped shaving midway through the football season after losing a bet with the team.

The season is thankfully over. So, should the beard stay or go? That is the question. Think it over and get back to me.

  1. You're not even 40. It should go. You've got the rest of your life for to grow a beard.

  2. Hubs just grew a beard (takes him like 3 days) but I love it. He keeps it trimmed and lined out nicely. I think it makes him look younger actually (he's only 37). I vote for it to stay :O)

  4. well...I like it...but my suggestion would be to shave it...then offer us a before/after and let us choose again...lol

I think you'll look younger without it going by what happened when my hubby shaved his.

  5. I'm usually a mite partial to facial hair (on men). ;)

But, in this case, I think you look a bit better without it. Or, you could split the difference and go with a goatee, which I think you've had before?

If you do decide to shave, you have to treat us to an "after" pic. :)

  7. That's the great thing about hair...it grows back. Take it off....a change can't hurt.

  13. Here's my question bro...you're always wearing a hat in you pics. What does your noggin look like? I have a couple guy friends who have the receding hair line. Their stance on it is "take control of your hair." Very close cropped or shaved. If close cropped, do a close cropped beard. If shaved, go with the goatee to balance it out. Have to say, it's a pretty good look for them. Of course, go with what the ladies say, right?

  16. I have some purple hair dye... I'm just sayin'...

Close cut goatees are the great happy medium.

  18. Dude, come on it's the masculine thing to do. Should definitely stay for the winter. You can shed it in the summer if you like to even out the tan. Happy Holidays from our home to yours.

  19. I'd shave it. I like a clean-shaven man. My hubs was sporting a beard when I went into labor. I sent him home to get my overnight bag and TO SHAVE IT OFF. I told him no way were we bringing our babies into the world with all those photos including his hairy face.
    LOL!

  20. (You've got to be loving this... all you asked is "should I shave my beard" - and look at the women coming out of the woodwork - and a few gents, too.)

Smart for hits. And I still say - KEEP IT!

  21. I go with shave it...or if you want to keep some facial hair...go with just a goatee(thin not bushy..LOL) :)
